Jet skiing, and the start of the cruise.
Today we had to be checked out of the hotel by
11am, but we would not be leaving the hotel until about 6pm tonight.
After getting up I dressed, went and had breakfast and then returned
to my room where I packed my bag and cleaned up the room. We had to
take our bags to another room near reception where they would be safe
for the day. This was because another couple of contiki groups would

they were going to go down to the beach and potentially skinny dip, I
didn't join these people but sat with some of the others from my tour
group an we talked for a bit. Later I went with a group and we had a
go in the spas, then we headed down to the beach for a bit. After
returning we all went to bed, it was about 2am. It had been another
good day.

Down-time on a Blustery Greek Island

Our first day here was sunny and warm, but the last two have been cool and VERY windy. The wind howls through the shutters of our little appartment, making the power lines sing outside. This only adds to the sense of mystique and lovely isolation out here. As Mom and I have both been fighting off a nasty cold, this has been the perfect place to rest and recover from a very busy week.

Waking Up to Paradise
... of traveling with a group of people who have no ties to this country, since I have never been alone in that respect and have always been with others who are native here (family and friends). All I see everywhere are memories of my vacation here two years ago, with my brother Stefan and our cousins Timo and Spyro.
