Nostalgia week is over and we are on the road west, headed for Canmore, Alberta. Today we drove from Lake Summerset, Il. to Maple Grove, about 388 miles. Good day to drive into the Minneapolis area as all the construction sites were shut down and traffic was light so we made the bypass around to the campground in good time. We are here two nights and are going to spend tomorrow exploring the Mall of America which we have never seen.

... butter and fatty milk…. raw would be better according to our health nut, Papa Bear! Of course Papa Bear managed to find some coconut oil too which is another 'shocking' saturated fat to stir the pot.
