          ... Plate. I had a Shofferhofer and they had a pitcher of Oktoberfest. For dessert we shared a very large piece of Black Forest Cake. If you ever come to Leavenworth, Andreas Keller is the best German food.

          ... the local birds of prey rescue center. Next we visited the main building that housed part of the hatchery and other exhibits. There really was nothing else for us to do but leave. On the way out we saw a band composed of fisherman called the Bobbers.

          ... a World War I memorial built by a man who had seen Stonehenge while serving in the war. At Stonehenge there is a stone that was supposed to be an altar of sacrifice and it seemed fitting to him to build a replica as a war memorial.
