... try and clean off driveways and sidewalks. We got off the road in NC for lunch at Cracker Barrel, gas and a trip to Walmart for more windshield washer. It was around 25 at this point and we are so glad we wore boots, ski jackets and scarves...it was slippery and cold. Jerry drove the whole way and the sights through North Carolina were amazing...the storm was an ice storm there and the ice was relentless...on power ...

To fill the tank on this truck can cost $750! Besides fueling there ...

I set my GPS and left St. Augustine around noon and arrived in Brunswick, GA at 2 pm. Little miss GPS took me through downtown St. Augustine and Jacksonville. Yes, the oldest city in the US has narrow, narrow streets. There was a bypass interstate ...

A travel blog entry by florida_2013 on Dec 21, 2013

Finished half of our drive to Florida and we are staying at South Carolina for the night. Only 6 more hours of driving to go! Kids are sitting in the back of the van each playing on an iPad and singing the same song as always..."Are we there yet?" We'll reach Orlando tomorrow night and finally relax after a tiring 2 days of ...
