... by half time and decided to head off home. After all it is about 9:30 by now.

Chappy still hasn't got his head around the indicators on the left of the steering wheel instead of the right and to our great amusement cleans the windscreen about a dozen times on the way home. And I wont even mention the burnt clutch. Anyway we are tucked up in bed just after 11:00pm - ready for another big game tomorrow at Longparish.

... delivered to our room with a fruit basket! All very nice - because we complained of noise on our last stay! An upgrade and wine! Went really well with the cold tablet and I slept until 930 the next day! It has been the most fantastic 22 days - full on but have seen so much and had wonderful people on the coach and a great tour leader and a very good driver. Thoroughly recommend Insight Tours to anyone thinking of doing a coach tour - the extra leg room is sheer ...

... out of bed and endured the 2 hour bus ride.
We reached Stonehenge at around 10:30 am and I can honestly say that that is the coldest I have ever been in England. It had literally just stopped snowing by the time we got off the bus and I think I reached hypothermia the second I walked outside. Alright, I'm being a little dramatic, but you get the idea.

... the stunning fan vaulting being added to complete the original design in the 1860's.

I apologize for the lack of photos from the Roman Baths, the Roman Pump Room and Jane Austen's Bath home, but entry prices were prohibitive, lines were long, and the time was getting later and later. I visited the Roman Baths and Pump Room when I lived in London in the 1970's and can attest to their impressive state.

We left Bath in rush ...
