Saturday morning we headed along the coastline from Portrush to the Giant's Causeway. We were once again very lucky weather wise with a dry & not too windy day. Views from the walking tracks at the Giant's Causeway were spectacular & we spent most of the day enjoying them.

Tomorrow we are heading out to the northern coast to see a wonder of the world, a little Irish history, and take a walk on a really old rope bridge. We are also going to swing through and say goodbye to our wonderful friends and come back to the hotel and pack, and wrap up the Northern Ireland leg of our trip. ...
... to the bus. This is something I don't usually do. My youngest son would tell me not to be such a tourist, but it was a really good tour. I wouldn't have been able to get this much information on my own in one day. We went past the Titanic Museum, you can get on and off the bus at any point. I decided to stay on this time, the next time I come I will pay the 10 pounds to see the museum, we also saw the old metall poles (I can't remember what he called them) ...
We didn't know what to expect in Belfast so had no expectations of what we would see or do. Our guide, Norman, picked us up at 9am for a full tour of the city. Belfast used to be a significant ship building port up until 25 years ago. The ill-fated Titanic was built here in 1911. Got a away from the hotel and started to find our way around Limerick, it was freezing cold, but we found our way to the treaty stone and then on to King Johns, drove past the football stadium (Munster) and then went and found the Hunt museum. This was a private collection that had been gifted to the people ...
