... town for a little while (Ghent is a beautiful town with lots of canals), then stopped at a place right on the river called the Oude Vismijn. There was a misunderstanding with the restaurant staff, (we arrived at the restaurant an hour before dinner, so we intended to wait, but were not informed that dinner was not served outside where we were sitting. By that time, the restaurant was fully booked), so we had to leave to find someplace else for dinner. ...
