... driving around Ghent, none of us really wanted to drive any more, so decided to try our luck walking! Much better results took place. We found another fantastic church, that even had one of the most famous paintings ever in it: the Mystic lamb. ... organisatie onze ‘psychologische kennis’ groot genoeg acht, dan is er een mogelijkheid dat we naast de vrijetijdsactiviteiten ook meer verantwoordelijke taken zullen krijgen.

Allemaal zo spannend! Want.. hoewel we nu weten wat ons te wachten staat blijft alles nog zo abstract. Nog eventjes en we kunnen in geuren en kleuren uitleggen hoe wij het allemaal zelf ervaren.

... but it really hasn’t been discovered yet. It has huge parties and festivals because of all of the college kids there. Their biggest one is the Gent festival. It is 10 days long and the whole city just shuts down. The streets are paced with hundreds of thousands of people and bands play on a bunch of different stages for 10 days. It sounds really cool. It was good to see a normal Belgian town to see what life is really like ...
