    ... knowing virtually no Italian and now I know basically all of the vocabulary related to real estate. I've also learned the general layout of the city fairly quickly after having to look up different neighborhoods and going on different visits. I just want this to all be over so I can actually enjoy this city that I have been looking forward to visiting for the past 6 months.

    ... cheese & prosciutto from Parma. Walked to historic city centre and Enzo Ferrari museum. Did not realize connection of Luciano Pavarotti and Ferrari. Had first gelato.     ... were having some issues getting tickets. Finally Dianne was able to hook into some WiFI at the station bar, and in doing so found the original Invoice she used to book. This is exactly what the lady needed, and with just a few minutes before we were due to depart, we got our tickets. phew!
