... alas this was not to be. We saw other tour guides being more engaged with their tours, ie walking them from feature to feature, holding up maps and diagrams and pointing things out. Oh well.... I often wandered away from the group trying to get the pictures I wanted, sometimes I was successful sometimes not. After Knossos we went to the Heraklion Museum, it was fantastic, once again the guide was not. Then she walked us to the market ...
