... ignorant! Ho hum. But it's the big gallery in florence so it was a must.

Walked about a bit more. Took some photos of the Ponte vecchio. Came back, realised nearly everything is closed on Mondays so I've been trying to decide what to do tomorrow. We'll see. Hopefully more to report tomorrow.

Heading out another nighttime jaunt now, must see those statues again!

Day 268 5 hrs, 7.6 kms Day Totals: 16 hrs, 24.6 kms I am now in Prato province. Yes, these are some very small provinces here in Tuscany. But something seems amiss here. After this we followed some advice in the guide book which said go back to the Uffizi around 4pm and the crowds ...

... I'll probably pass out or have a cheeky Vom when I see the needles/whatever device they use to ink one's skin here but at least she's got the false hope that I'll be of some use to her in a few hours time! Hope everyone's having a rager of a Saturday night back home! Not sure of our plans tonight but they will undoubtedly include wine, cobblestones and Italian cuisine. Love and kisses ...

... I haven't been too socially awkward today. Infact I feel as if today's been pretty productive. I bought a copy of Eat, Pray, Love to read with a caffe latte on the rooftop in the mornings before uni. A few friends and I are planning on doing a fun run during a mini uni games Monash and American uni, NewHaven are conducting in the first week of May, so we started training for that today... And tonight is ...
