    I made a quick visit to the Cody Visitor Center and was wowed by the work by local artists in the gallery associated with it. That was the up - the down was confirmation that we would not be able to visit Yellowstone on this trip!

    ... in the beginning of my message I only have two weeks of class left for the semester and I cannot believe it!! By the time winter break starts my graduate school applications done, finals completed, finals baskets sent off and all that other stuff. Please keep me in your thoughts/prayers as it will be a busy time but full of wonderful holiday things. Happy Holidays!!!! Also Happy Advent for those who celebrate it!!

    ... write letters and so it was wonderful to see her in person. She has a ten-day leave and then a week of recruiter assistance. She will still be in the area, just having to work for part of the time. We went to church with her and the pastor making announcements to the congregation welcomed Jessie home and thanked her for her service.
