... got talking to a lady who told us about a free pasta meal that the local church does on Friday&#8217;s for anyone who wants to come by, naturally we were a little dubious but were soon reassured by our friend that this is a big local event and everyone goes along. I&#8217;m so glad that we did! Hundreds of people were there, I&#8217;ve no idea how they managed to cater for so many people but we all got spaghetti bolognaise with vegetables and garlic bread ...

... sky dive the freefall is much smaller but its all about the psychological build up and the courage to push yourself over the edge whereas in the skydive your so high up in the sky that height isn&#8217;t an issue. ... the kitchen was closed so we had to go out and get junk food. Needing some fresh air we played a game of mini golf, this was rather comical and somewhat competitive, it also passed a good few hours. We had a short wander around town before having an afternoon kip. We then prepared ourselves for the quiz in the bar, unfortunately we didn't win but we gave it a good attempt. Leaving Queenstown in the morning we tore ourselves away from the bar for an early(ish) night.

... I'm looking forward to it. I finally feel settled here, New Zealand phone number, bank account, tax number, address and job. Even in this small amount of time I've realised anyone can do anything if you really want to (or have to) whether its starting a new life as a backpacker not knowing where you are going next or what you are going to do or committing yourself to another 3yrs of education by going to uni.
