... was take our money for this or that reason. Giving up, we tried a simple beach town we'd driven through that seemed decent, quiet and sunny. Considering the state of some of the places to stay the prices were ridiculous. So we just jumped into the first cheap hostel we could find. Not a bad price and it's only for two nights. We had lunch on the beach at the hotel, and then continued to relax on the beach, Steve watched some of the football, the tv had 9 live premiership games ...

Steve sat in the front of the truck with the driver Alfonso, very enjoyable he is crazy and you get a good view out the huge windscreen and what ever tunes you want on blasting out. We reached the boarder just after midday, ...

... lunch before another afternoon nap.

It was then time for the official Beach Olympics! Split into two groups we battled it out in grueling rounds of crab soccer, sack race, egg and spoon which you held in your mouth, fancy dress
relay (dressing a fancy dress costume running into the sea and rolling around to get wet, jumping through a hoop before the next person goes) and finally pick the apple from the bowl ...
