    Crete-the wine, the food, the hospitality and kitties! Crete is known for the cats-a pretty healthy bunch of semi-feral cats that are all over the island.     Today was a free day so the same crazy group that walked the hot road got together for breakfast and decided to hit the little shops and archeological museum.

El Greco originally came from Heraklion so we enjoyed having a look at his famously elongated portraits of Christ.
