Friends and O Birds
J: We are about to finish Week 1 in Dubai and it has been all that we hoped for and more. Sometimes you do not know how much you miss your friends until you see them and watching the O's by myself while satisfactory would be nothing compared to watching them with Ryan. We have woken up every morning at 3:30am to watch them. We make egg sandwiches and talk baseball. Today was especially great because the game went 13 innings so everyone was up by then ...

This morning we had to say good bye to some old and new friends as tomorrow is another changeover day. We will miss the activity of that as we are going on an overnight in Abu Dhabi. Our friends David and Christine will be getting off here and we will miss them - it was such great fun seeing them again. Oh well --- till next time!
