Realizing it was a useless attempt, I decide to review the leftovers and see if i was up for more food. Knowing I was not one who likes fowl leftovers I gathered my things and made my goodbye's. I dropped off Bill and went back home to complete his computer upgrade.

Though tired, our night wasn't exactly restful. Our bed, which was supposed to be a queen size, was actually a double. I spent most of the night trying to take up as little space as possible in order not to disturb Chris, who had a full day of work ahead of him. I wish we hadn't committed to 2 nights here!

Seattle, Washington, United States stephschlittler... of backpack I would bring in order to carry said laptop and protect it from the elements. Fortunately, I bought nothing. That is a useful skill I have. I'm good at NOT buying things (except for the laptop) I was given an MP3 player, but it doesn't have an AC charger, instead it charges while connected to a computer - so I went all over town looking for a power supply before deciding I could probably just charge it at an Internet cafe. I also ran around researching MP3 ...
Seattle, United States alanfFolks Yosemite was amazing! I have never seen the type of landscapes that there is to see in this park before.Imagine HUGE rocks with long water falls flowing between them into a deep valley... in fact you don't need to, just have a look at the pictures..... I spent 2 days driving round and walking the trails. The only minus was that there were sooooo many people. Still, it is billed as being the best NP in the US and it was a weekend so what could I expect?? I was then faced ...

With the river, then the sound on one side, and the snowy Cascades on the other, the only way consistently north in this part of the world is the dreaded Interstate Five. We survived. Once, the delay from runner's block to upward sprint took a full two seconds, as if he was held back by something. But, boy, he thought he was ready to take on Michael Johnson. Adam "The Hare" Rohr and I and Johnny were in Bellingham, Washington - a great little town - for one final hijinks-filled stay. A good friend of Julie's was putting us up. His ...
Bellingham, Washington, United States modernoddyseus... quite cool. We ate by the Sound, in a nice seafood restaurant. We slept over in their neat freak home..as in thick, white carpets...it was sooo cold! Their house, we were told, was already by the Canadian border. Really wished we had multiple entry passes to Canada...would've loved to have a glimpse of Vancouver..
