... up against the cold coming in off the ocean we took our seats on the grandstand and watched the waves come in. Shortly, a rumble of excitement went through. The 1500 people sat there waiting as the first group of miniature penguins arrived on the beach. It was fantastic, they were so cute and seriously hard core they came out of those vicious waves. It was so peaceful (once the idiots left!), I could have sat there all night, but we took a ...

Today was a day of adventures. We got up early-ish and headed over to the train station. There we booked a tour to Kuranda which is tourist trap Queensland.

... decided to go see if Leah was okay and sat with her the rest of the way. Diana was just very out of it and there was nothing I could do to help her. After we finally got back we needed some dinner, and we went to get pizza. It was really good!

It was such a long day. I am ready to go to bed but I'm going to go hang out down by the pool table with some of the class. We only have tonight and tomorrow left in Australia. It's crazy how fast it's gone!

... that. Now I'm scared is he under the car, we stop for coffee I'm too scared to get out. Matt checks for me and give it the all clear. We arrive at the ferry to cross the daintree river around 11.30 we drive straight on, you can't even feel it moving. Got a couple of photos but weather not clear. When we get to the other side there is the thickest forest you have ever seen, more mountainous roads to climb. Not happy jan. We cross quite a few ...
