Had a bit of a wander dodging the high water on the sidewalks, did some shopping as it is all lovely, then got on another boat to Burano. This island is much smaller and is known for its lace. ... on a bridge, Kevin spies the building we need to go to, almost immediately (I love my homework do-er AND Google Earth). We go in and introduce ourselves and the lovely lady gives us all the info we will need as well as assuring us we can drop our bags there on the day we return, until our room is ready later in the morning.
