    ... lady checking out Katie's camera as we crossed a busy road so I told Katie to put it away!
    it was a very pretty place but very busy. We were on top of the bus and it was covered in a clear plastic. I felt we were slow roasting!! Yum/Yuk!,
    sorry I have to write this very quickly in an Internet cafe before we miss the last bus and have to swim to catch the ship.
    we are pinching ourselves that we are in Italy!

    ... was some napping had by nads, blog updating by me. As people came into our dorm I immediately attempted to make friends and was successful. One couple from Coquitlam, a guy from England and another guy from Boston. I invited them all to join us to watch the sunset at a higher view point. Boston and England joined us on this amazing look out as we watched the sun set. The best part of Genoa in my opinion. After we enjoyed gelato for the second time ...

    ... the Church of St George, which is of religious significance going back centuries, he was of course the Patron Saint of England. Just beyond the church is one of the most beautiful graveyards I've ever seen. Not that I normally spend a lot of time around graveyards, but this one had a powerful feeling of time and place to it. Each tomb had a photograph of the dead next to it. A felt myself drawn in to have a look at these Italians of the past. ...

    ... world. Tys is in Sydney, Nat is holding fort in Perth, Ash is in Paris, Saacha is in Barcelona and I am here, in Santa Margherita. Tys was on his way out to dinner and had a great shot with some boats and lights in the background. Nat was shirtless, down at the beach with Baxter who was wearing his sunnies, Ash was in front of the Louvre and Saacha looked like she was in the bathroom at the hostel. Hmmmmmmm
