    ... white people on the whole beach.....everyone one else, young, old, short, tall, skinny, fat were all brown as berries. We hobbled our way, most ungraciously, across the pebbles and flopped in the water :). The water was quite cool....not what we expected of the Mediterranean Sea.     ... to a couple of fantastic restaurants so on my recommendation of what I’d previously tried we went to La Botte at via S. M Vetrano, 15. They do all the local specialties along with pizzas so Chris was a happy man. I ordered the Gnocchi Sorrentina which was their home-made version and Chris…..yes, spicy pizza.
