Our second day in Toulouse. Not an early start so I wandered down to find breakfast. As I stepped out of the lift (elevator), the concierge sitting at the tour desk "Bonjours" me. One evening we enjoyed a walk down to the local pizzeria while Katie enjoyed a quiet evening at home with their family. Another night, we babysat while Stephanie and Steve had a date night.
Wonderful to be with friends and get a feel for what their life is like in this sweet French town.

... nervous anticipation. Shane probably compares it to something completly different!!
We found our first site, thank goodness. A lovely little private run camp in a beautiful village Airvault in the Loire Valley. We decided to stay for a couple of nights and just have a breather and re-think. The girls had a ball riding bikes for the first time in 3months and we of course made it priority to find the local patisserie! Mmmmmm... We spoke with a few "seasoned" camping car drivers ...
