Long day of travelling today. Set off around 10. Travelled thru Belgium & the Netherlands before arriving in Germany. Only 3 stops required ('mum I need a wee, dad I need a poo, We're HUNGRY!!'). We organised to catch up with Silvana on Saturday in Frankfurt, so we drove up to meet her at her house in Rodgau, which is about 20kms outside the city. After just about 4 and half months in Asia we've moved on. We just arrived in Frankfurt after a 12 hour flight from Hanoi and in an hour or so, we take a 4 hour train to Berlin and officially start the next leg of our trip. It's bittersweet as we're excited about Europe, but we're definitely sad to leave Asia behind.
