We visited Lelepa which is an island just off the NW coast of Efate (the island on which we live). It hosted the US Survivor programme twice. It was a great day of snorkelling, beach BBQ and exploring the island by banana boat - we even had an escort by Superman's young ...

But our good days have been good. Last Wednesday we went for a day trip to Lelepa Island which is a small island North West of Efate. The description of the trip was a boat trip to Lalepa, exploring the island and meeting the locals. For some reason I expected a nice boat - maybe a sailing boat or ...

... food is nice, but there is no variety, so the lucky things are happy even with my cooking. Cooking for 20 is a little scary (mi fulup long fraet) but with the trusty thermomix in my corner, I am invincible! I'm doing pizza this week coming, and thankfully the pizza here isn't the best so even if I burn it a bit, we should still be 'stret'.The local sista who helps me out doesn't have much English so my Bislama is coming along well. And if that fails we ...
