Sunny, dry and hot at last in Rio.
I took the metro to Centro and then walked to the port to catch the ferry to Niteroi, the twin-city with Rio which lay the other side of Guanabara Bay. Some sunshine in the morning but increasingly grey day with rain in the evening.
All of the group except for me were leaving the Dragoman tour and not continuing back to Cusco. Most vacated the hotel to go to other hotels or hostels, mainly in Copacabana.
