Today is Monday 4th August, (but only damn just, let me tell you!) and we've had a fairly nice quiet day. Awoke to the gentle, pleasant, pitter-patter on the roof and some long-overdue rain.... ... yesterday ( Mon) where we had a personal conducted tour with Erika giving us the whole spiel in excellent English (she works there) and we are off to stay on a little island for a couple of days ...Can't think of the name because they are all unpronounceable to me, but I read that it is a rocky moraine island about 7km long, and not too far from here.
