    Hi everybody!
    Now - before someone starts, I've been slack... Ok?
    We have been living with b.i.l. Per and Ragnhill in Skien, and it has been a hoot. Both are kind, generous fun-loving people who would hardly let us do anything, apart from entertain us and feed us!

    ... overs....
    At the airport at Oslo, we caught the train which took us straight to Skien, although we were off-loaded onto a coach for the last half of the trip because the train had a flat, or some-such.
    Per and Ranghild met us at the station and took us home to their sub-penthouse apartment on the river which will be our base for the next month.
    I had a drive of Ranghild's new electric Golf, which is pretty amazing - not quite in the ...

    I know I've been slack, but just haven't had the time nor the inclination to write the blog. When you stagger back to your room after midnight, eyes leaden, it takes a fair bit to sit down and try to put the previous day/s events into some sort of order that is at least worth reading. So, I'm not sure where I last finished off, but we caught the "ferry" ( it's a massive drive-on/drive-off 170m ship of 25,000 tons, 1500 passengers and 600 ...
