... houses - although one of the small hotels has been painted a plum colour, with bright green doors and windows. It's so far from the norm that it's actually quite attractive. But the thing that really sticks out is the new footbridge across the motorway towards the nearby Cueva de Nerja. It's of a very modern design and with a huge supporting mast - from some angles it looks like the wreck of the Costa Concordia has been beached in the village! Progress I suppose ....
