... was a time when all the words just sounded like one big jumbled mess and i couldnt distinguish anything. Also one other thing to note is the Andulucian accent can be difficult sometimes as they tend not to pronounce the S at the end of words (una, do, tre etc..) I have now enquired about starting Spanish lessons in which are 4 hours a day 5 days a week and i think i will do a 16 week program possibly 20 if i have the money. Bullfighting in Ronda takes place in September and probably wouldn't interest us but being in the center of a real bullring was a first for us. ... there are numerous large tents with chairs and tables and there is a palpable air of excitement. One tent is being kitted out with a stage for live music. It takes off properly tomorrow evening when I will have left. But tonight it was certainly warming up and it was great fun to watch.
There was a bar opening onto the square, advertising genuine "Flamenko music". The spelling is theirs. Made me wonder again about authenticity?
