... village and came home. It was pretty hot by this time and we'd just spent two and a half hours waiting for trains or riding them! We've since heard other people saying they've done the same thing!

Monterosso was very picturesque with two beaches with a few swimmers and lots of empty sun chairs. I think everyone was out riding the trains like us!!!

David said the walk was great as were the views. There were lots of steps and climbing and he had a good workout from ...

We have a great 2 br apartment and there's a single bed in the hallway that Gil's taken, So we all have our own space in this place. Nice change and good timing from our last place where we were basically on top of each other. While the ...

... inculcated into children from an early age before they have a chance to complain. But it was worth it for the breathtaking views. Had a beer at Monterosso and hopped on a train to get back to Manarola in time to shower before dinner. A 24 hour delayed birthday celebration for my 62nd with a lovely couple from England, Trevor and Sue. We went to Cappun Magru in Groppo about 2 k up the hill. It is run by Maurizio and his ...
