... I heard Phil's voice quaver at one point, but he assures me it did not. We had some more photos outside, Skyped Mum and Geoff again, and then set off in the Golf with "Just Married" emblazoned on the back of the car. Nice one Mark!

Good News......
Well good news came in today as I’vereceived an email informing me that my British Council Preparatory Visit application to visit Iceland's Academy of the Arts was successful and I would be able to go ahead as planned fully funded and visit the academy in February(2012).

1 month to go!
... for 2 weeks. After I say goodbye to Amy in Bangkok I'll fly to Sydney and spend 5 weeks travelling up the East coast to Cairns with the Oz Experience bus. From there I'll spend 3 weeks with the Kiwi Experience bus from Auckland to Christchurch and then an extra couple of days in Melbourne before flying home on May 9th (5 days before my 27th birthday and first day back at work!).
So that's the plan (which took me a long time to come up with!). Here's hoping it will be ...

... at Fusion with some of Julie's family which was pretty good and then went for a few pints in the Pen & Wig where there was a Blondie tribute band who were quite entertaining but not as much as the chap dancing who'd had a couple too many and ended up on his backside looking rather confused.
