... down was wide and had good traction. It was still a test for the knees. At the top before huge descent we had the "Oh ****" moment that I had seen in oh her documentaries. ... really can't walk with anyone. Although, this morning I was feeling really good after having climbed the meseta and listening to some music I got a wild hair and started a little faster pace.

One of the things this walk makes you do is to get introspective, there's not realy much else to do, it can get boring while you're walking, seeing similar features day after day... I've had a lot of things to think about and musical lyrics to mull over.
