... in town insisted there was only one bus each way to the glen each day. So that added a two mile walk in each direction between town and starting point to the already long hike up the peak.

... around we were on the road. 2. Drover's Inn - we stopped by this old 1700s inn hoping to have a drink but we were too early and the bar was closed. Darn. It was cool and filled with a bunch of stuffed animals! Taxidermy not beanie babies. Had a lot of history and apparently it is haunted. 3.
