After a delicious dinner, I walked back to the cathedral with some of the other tour participants. The cathedral puts own a light show at 11:00 - once it gets dark. The 25 minute show was nothing short of amazing!

... these voices all belonged to Australians! Met two couples from Bowral, so having a great chat as we sipped our glass of champagne. It appears that if you have a vintage or grand curvee champagne, it should be drunk from a glass not dissimilar to a red wine goblet, so that the bouquet can be savoured.
As we didn't have any red wine goblets at the house, didn't worry about buying a vintage champagne for dinner.
