Clear blue skies and 14 degrees today.  Drove to Kitchener, a 30 minute drive from Stratford. First stop was the Kitchener farmers markets.  Beautiful displays of fresh foods.  We picked up some fresh raspberries and stopped for a coffee.  Walked up the main street which was closed off for a car show and reached the Oktoberfest …

Hot pulled pork on french bread buns was on the menu, and definitely hit the spot! Along with a bit off apple schnapps and a hot fire, it was hard not to take a nap!

What a perfect way to spend family day in Southern Ontario!!!

... I guess with everyone travelling over the holidays, American cash  is in demand.  I did a bunch of other errands and despite it being close to Christmas, it wasn't bad at all.     After arriving home, the rest of the day was spent on some trip planning.  Although most of the second half of my trip has been planned, I have to ensure that I have the proper documents with me and that everything is ...

... there were a number of things to do there, we chose to tour the Biodome. We couldn't have timed it better. From where we entered the building, we walked along a dividing tape for a few hundred meters. Seemed kind of strange and unnecessary. After waiting what felt like a long time in line (but was really only about 15 minutes), we had our tickets and were off. As we left the Biodome, we ...
