Een eland!
... vroeger leefde. Nu was het natuurlijk totaal uitgestorven, maar nog steeds interessant om te zien. Er was een waterrad, een hele oude tractor en een soort van houtzaagmachine. En ondanks dat het helemaal uitgestorven was, had het toch wel iets authentieks. Ik heb het later op internet opgezocht en ook in de zomer ziet het er heel erg leuk uit! Als ik ooit een keer in de zomer hier in de buurt ben ga ik daar zeker eens heen.

Sneeuw!
Afgelopen zondag ging ik weer weg uit Umeå voor veldwerk. Nu niet naar het zuiden, maar zo'n 300 kilometer naar het noorden. Ja Zweden is heel erg lang! Ik ging vlak bij Piteå vallen uitzetten om daar knaagdieren te vangen. Een leuk plan, die niet helemaal liep zoals verwacht.
Zondagavond kwam ik aan bij de jeugherberg. Een enorm Zweeds, rood huis aan het water. Beter kan gewoon niet. Tja, het had misschien iets warmer mogen ...

... vengono in Italia restano un po' scioccati dalla carenza di spazio. Oggi abbiamo viaggiato lungo la costa abbiamo attraversato i primi fiordi svedesi, bellissimi! Ore 23:10 siamo in albergo dopo aver percorso anche oggi più di 640 km, le giornate si allungano il sole è calato poco prima delle 21. Gli svedesi sono sempre più cordiali!
