... over 6 hours and more than 50 euro in tolls!

Corri laughed when I packed a small tool kit, but for some reason our rear bumper managed to lose some retaining pins and started to flap - duck tape to the rescue!

Had forgotten that France really does shut down on Sundays, so struggled to find an open restaurant, supermarket or petrol station - but finally we're refuelled and ready to hit the South Coast ...

... afternoon we went to a place called Perouges a Medieval town that was truly spectacular. There are approx. 200 people that live there year round and they receive 3 TV stations and do not get internet. ... how many Jambon baguettes can one man eat - only option so...yum yum. The park houses a good number of animals including some monkeys who swung around for us, lion, bear, giraffe and more. I like zoos still! We freshened up and walked over to Old Lyon and found a place with a great patio and some nearby musicians playing for the crowds.
