Another day along the coast. The route took us away from the sea although we did find a great view across to Ile D'Oleron from near La Tranche sur Mer. A particular feature of the coast is the marshes (Marais with various water beds for oysters, nets for shrimps and shortly eels at Marans. Crossed another border today. Unfortunately not getting any passport stamps as within Europe they do not seem to worry about moving between countries by train, apart from Bosnia when we left Dubrovnik by bus for Split. Went for a walk across the water, which is always so clean and clear plus flowing quite fast here in Switzerland.
