Another day along the coast. The route took us away from the sea although we did find a great view across to Ile D'Oleron from near La Tranche sur Mer. A particular feature of the coast is the marshes (Marais with various water beds for oysters, nets for shrimps and shortly eels at Marans. ... a picnic. The rest of the week was fairly relaxed. We had one day of tea and coffee tasting and another day of cheese and wine tasting.
