... been naughty taking their photo but they were enjoying life so much I couldn't resist. Its been a lovely day and at the moment Kerry is chief chef and has made rissoles without flour, as we have none and has just had to make do with whats in the cupboard. He has done a fine job. I have to tell you about French supermarkets. I start to salivate as I enter as there is so much choice and its all so delicious. So many cheeses, meats, salamis, ...
... of us trekked over. for a bite. I had my first Orangina of the trip and a very pleasant little sandwich. Even run-of-the-mill baguettes in France are superb.
While we were eating, it poured rain briefly and then the sun came out for our walk back to the hotel where we all had rooms now. Caroline and I declined an invitation to travel to downtown Bordeaux in favour of a nap.

As a result I have lovely clean clothes but didn't get another paddle. There will be other opportunities I'm sure.

Had noticed a Coiffure unisex down the road and the old barnet was getting a bit unruly so I decided to give it a go. With my French and their English I thought I'd asked for a grade 3 but I think the barber thought I meant 3mm. Haven't had this sharp a cut since we went to that barbers in Istanbul - remember Tim?
