    ... wearing about 20 hats on his head, coconuts, mens shoes. They were no where near as persistent as I remember from Bali back in the 80's though. Hell of a way to make a living, I didn't see any of them make a sale. We had lunch at a lovely little restaurant with a fabulous view of the beach, how could it not be?     ... here, but the ones we visited are lovely, in little coves, looking out to islands just off the coast, and being a Sunday and an absolutely perfect day (28 degrees at 11am) lots of boats on the water. Driving from coastal village to coastal village was a lot like the Great Ocean Road. There are gum trees here so that helps with the feel.     ... ferry was a very comfortable way to spend 6 and half hours travelling down the Mediterranean from mainland Italy to Sardinia. Huge big lounge areas, bars, restaurants, a stage and a grand piano. We're at the end of the tourist season here so the ferry was pretty quiet, plenty of room to spread out and relax. In fact the 6 hours went pretty quickly. Why cant we fly this way?? If this thing can float I'm sure they can get it to fly. The only ...

    ... and olives. I was getting the olives from the .ittle man at the deli counter and Jeff was getting a cheese from the fridge area. He just looked at Jeff and wa e his hand down with a NOH! and suggested he get his cheese, which we did.
    Weather has beeb bellissimo, buena excellent.

    ... br> Before we new it the hotel partener bought out some local goats cheese and typical sadinian bread for us.
    Next thing he brings out a pitcher of his red wine. We decided to get kabobs from the shop around the corner and dine at the table in front of the hotel.
    A evening walk to the local gelati shop a d we were ready to retire.
