Our hotel for the next few days is a Sport Hotel(!!) So, we are all on a little bit of a health kick!

The hotel comes with a large gym which is free for guests to use - we took advantage of that alot!! There's also a bowling alley inside the hotel. In our heads, we were imagining a big hi-tech bowling centre like David Lloyd; what we got was a VERY dated room that smelt like sick and 3 VERY old bowling lanes with what looked like melons for bowling balls. ... and woodland, the air was so fresh. It was freezing outside but the pool was so warm that it didn't matter! Loved it.. Would definitely go to a spa like that again. There was another section of the spa for 'nudes only'. Well... You only live once... So we decided to brave the outdoor pool... Naked.
