... amp; all good. Glad that eu rail pass is all validated. Our trip to Sarmenstorf took just under an hour with 2 train changes at Lenzburg & Wohlen & a bus from Wohlen to Sarmenstorf. Fortunately the weather held up with only a little spit of rain walking to train station. Sarmenstorf is a lovely Swiss village situated east of Zurich surrounded by gently rolling hills with a population of just 2,000. The Catholic Church, where ...

Furthermore, because in Switzerland, people own their houses but not the land, the developers have taken half her garden away. I also had a chance to visit Bern and also Alsace, a city in France, where their Christmas market is reknowned for being a very good one. It was a very pretty scene for the France market siince I was there for the evening, when all the lights made everything sweeter :0)

To sum it up, Christmas in Switzerland seems to have a deep routed tradition and many nice touches which makes the season inviting and exciting.

          communicating besides 'Danke' ...

Met up with Andrea and Susan Knoepfli!

Woke up and had breakfast at the hotel in Friedrichshafen, Germany and then left bound for Zurich, Switzerland to meet up with my future exhange student Andrea Knoepfli and her mom. We took a car ferry across Lake Constance to get to the Swiss border. At the Swiss border it is still like going through Customs...that was fun with a German, American and ...
