Nach einem 1,5 Std Flug landete ich auf gutem, alten, deutschen Boden ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, jetzt musste ich nur noch die Zugfahrt von Frankfurt über mannheim, nach Waldshut überleben. ... chair where we could stop and admire the view. Catching the cable car back down to Lauterbrunnen, we saw the waterfall which plunges from the mountain to the valley in the middle of town. We walked up to the town and found a cafe which had pies soup and good coffee. It also had an English book exchange which thrilled Katelyn as it had one of the Twilight books. English books have been few & far between in Europe.

Es rückt näher. Der Tag der Abreise ist keinen Monat mehr entfernt und Ich habe mir bisher erst ein paar Mal in die Hose machen müssen, beim Gedanken alleine in Mexiko meinen Alltag zu bestreiten.

Time to get the car and drive to Buonas! We decide to drive to Lucerne before arriving in Buonas. There's this wooded bridge Andy wanted to see. What a good decision that was. Lucerne was amazingly beautiful and totally worth the extra 30 minutes in the car. We had lunch by the river, and took pics of the bridge before arriving in Buonas.

We got off to a good start this morning and made our first stop in Winterthur. We walked around looking for the Old Town, and once we found it we walked around some more. We stopped for some street meat for the boys and checked out the cathedral. There are elaborate pipes ...

20th June - Zurich to Bern
The weather today was much better. After breakfast we raced around the sites of town in record time. We visited the Lindenhof (site of a Roman fortress overlooking town) and viewed Zurich's ...

... and the pharmacy were placed around the seating instead of amongst it. Finally it was time to depart at 08:55 for Zurich but this is where things went a little astray. We had to wait for the de-icing trucks to arrive and give us a quick hose down which in the end put us behind by nearly 30 minutes and meant that it was going to be a very fine margin in getting through transit. ... ate well each evening, from a fine selection of weiners the first evening to the obligatory fondue on our last. I was most impressed by the steak restaurant that second night however - as soon as we walked in they said, 'we only serve steak' and when we said that was fine, they re-warned us with 'we only serve one type of steak ...

... the wrong owrds if nothing else! So after a lazy morning we are now off for another swim, before doing our own fondue aswe are determined NOT to go to McDonalds in Zürich- it'll be the only one we didnt go in. SHAME on us! then hopefully we'll find somewhere to go out, then off to our tipi. We'll try and update you from there at somepoint, but we're not quite sure of the logistics as yet. Love you all!
