Today was the last day of the Backroads adventure and ended with a short/relaxing ride prior to saying our goodbyes. After a nice breakfast we all got on our bikes for a ride through Bruges. In started so nice, beautiful morning, sun shining and all our group sticking together and riding as a true group of friends that we have become. The alarm clock sprang into action and was immediately hit to snooze. Trying to pry our eyes open we turned on the TV to discover the outside weather conditions as we don't have a window. ... masons - did not see the vc one though. walked along the moatside towards the cemetary and saw approx 50 headstones - placed a messsage in the memory book (see pic). on walking through the town the aypres rally was on - so we got to see the cars coming up for line up for the start which was quite good. had chance to partake in a braatwurst sausage. headed over to brugge, got caught in a short shower of rain ...
