Vannacht zijn we vier keer wakker geworden, een nieuw record. Twee keer dwong de regen ons tot opstaan om luiken en raampjes te sluiten. Jeroen heeft ook nog even de was van de lijn gehaald. Net weer in slaap werden we gewekt door gejammer uit de salon. Daantje is wakker en wil komen drinken. Nu is het negen uur, Daan is weer in diepe slaap, Jeroen zit met buurman Joost een electrotechnisch probleem op te lossen in de kuip en ik heb ...

Back on track!!!

Op maandag 17 augustus is het zover: we vliegen terug naar Curacao! Maar daar ging wel een zeer stressvolle week aan vooraf waarin we een kamer vol bagage probeerden te reduceren tot keurig ingepakte eenheden die de gewichtslimieten van de KLM niet overschreden. Gestern waren wir in panama und wir haben es endlich zum legendaeren panama kanal geschafft. ich dachte mir, die wahrscheinlichkeit dass ich nochmals herkomme ist eher gering, daher die gelegenheit beim schopf gepackt und los gings. wir sind mit einem moped mit anhaenger gefahren worden (wir sassen hinten IM anhaenger). es war recht lustig. wir sind dann ein bisschen durch den dschungel zum kanal gefahren und von dort aus dann eine kleine ...

Arrived in Willemstad,,Curacao. Joined a tram city tour and see the multicolored Dutch heritage buildings. Willemstad is a UNESCO site.
