... to go diving Buses from Demre to Kas are regular, cost 6 YTL, takes about an hour we find our hotel, Hotel Nur, and find our dive centre, Kas Diving over the next 2 days we do 4 dives, 2 a day on nice boat trips, great dives, we see some cool stuff, 4 x dives incl all equipment was &euro;104 each Kas is a lovely little town, nice shops and restaurants, good weather

... so the ruins can remain undisturbed and because much remains to be excavated. Our group kayaked back across the strait to the town of Kalekoy where we learned about the old Lycian tombs, including one now completely in the water. The weather was perfect and it felt great being out on the water so the adventure was very fun! After a short paddle back to the kayak center we had lunch before catching our own van for the drive to Olympos.
