... We expected to find lovely campsites on or near the beaches like Oregon & California & imagined sitting in the sun a lot more than we did!! Surprise, surprise it rains in the Sunshine State!! We were disappointed to find very few State Parks with camping & there was no chance of getting in because they book up 11 months ahead! Any Parks we did visit had a $6 day use fee which we found annoying when we only wanted to stop for lunch or quick walk & ...

I enjoyed a walk on the beautiful beach and a couple fantastic sunsets over the ...

While on the pier, we saw a couple sea turtles, but no fish or dolphins. We then drove into Fort Walton Beach looking for what they call their historical district, but never found what we would want to get out and ...

Woohoo! We made it to Matt's cousins place. Having a blast just hanging out. We arrived at the fabulous abode of Jason and Julie's at about 5 pm. The first two to greet us were Julie and William. Hugh and him clicked instantly! William showed us his crazy group of chicken friends in the backyard. And the boys chased them around catching them. Soon after Jason and Mr. Oliver arrived. Mr. Oliver is a character. Loved hanging out ...
