One of the endearingly infuriating habits of my husband (hello dear!) is that we never stay in a hotel without moving rooms once. Or twice. The first room is too noisy ( despite having pre-requested the quietest room at the back) or perhaps it is too light or too near the lift. In the smaller Cities, like this one, the train barely stops 2-5 minutes. It all depends whether there's anyone getting off and on.
