To the islands I go! A little taste of paradise :)
... friends, but I was leaving for Lanzarote, another Canary Island, the next day!
On Wednesday I headed to catch the ferry across to Lanzarote and after a short, but rocky ride across the water, I arrived at my new destination. It was cheaper to fly back to mainland Spain from Lanzarote than Fuerteventura, and I figured it would be cool to visit another island anyways!

Join us tomorrow for what we hope will be a land based blog from our newly refreshed, and hopefully clean, crew.

Spring Break Part 2: A lot of sun
We arrived late to Fuerteventura Thursday night. We took an hour bus to get to our city, driving through the desert African terrain of the middle of the island. We got dropped at our city, Morro Jable, and asked for directions that took us on a lovely beach side walk to our hostel.
Our "hostel" ended up being apartment style hotel with two single beds, a little living room, a kitchen and a terrace. It was like paradise! A ...
