... we saw swimming near us.

The days were long and hot and we slept on the deck watching the sun set and then rise again. Even the moon, blood red and low in the night sky looked fantastic. Just magic. Hopefully our photos will tell a fuller story but we can say our batteries are recharged and we are looking forward to the last few days of this ...

... Taurus Mountains to the west provide a nice backdrop. A stretch along the coast was nice. Here you can ski and swim in March.

Some tankers in the Mediterranean Sea as we continue along D-400. Twinning a tunnel was the day's first road construction project, 3 tunnels in all of almost 2.4k in length. Really, Robert, 'irregardless'? I think we are going in lockstep with a shorter Peregrine tour who are generally longer into geezerdom.

It is surreal to look out the window or not 2 metres from where I parked the car to imagine how life was like here centuries ago.
