... I had learned the same method years ago, and I appreciated her gentle and encouraging nature with both horse and rider.

... This was a our first look at the Adriatic on this side of Croatia. Right across, on a clear day, you can see Italy. We are at the very tippy top of the sea, so the water temperature is not as warm as down in Split, but Istria enjoys a milder summer.
