This morning I had woken up in the middle of Virginia and got to board a bus to who knows where. 17 of us Montreations, 3 bus drivers and one punt-me-dog are imbarking on an adventure around the west. Tonight will test my ability sleep on a bus, and travel through a thunderstorm with tornado warnings and heavy rains. Let the travels ...

... br> We had our picnic lunch at Chimney Rock and then took a ride to Lake Lure. We rode all around Lake Lure looking at all the homes built on the lake, such a scenic spot. Lake Lure is man made and they have even created a beach with water slides for the kids. It is a vacation area and there are lots of families here. The ride around Lake Lure was very twisty and Paul loves riding those roads without the weight of our gear on the bike, it makes ...
