It rained all night and we woke to a bright sunny day……….for
about an hour, during which time we managed to have our breakfast in the sun.
The clouds came back but at least without rain and so we jumped on our bikes

... and off we went with my sister Denyse for a 5 days vacation in brilliant sunshine and temperatures up to 32*.
We visited many monuments, parks and museum using the double decker tourist buses and metro.The old coach museum was particularly interesting with their display of well kept coaches dating back centuries ago.
Back to Switzerland, I am getting ready for my next travel adventure to Croatia.

... in Basel, we were inadvertently following a local bike route and missed the turn over The Three Countries Bridge which we had been anticipating and wanting to see.
